CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours before the time of your appointment - you will lose your deposit OR get charged 35% of the service you booked. **Not confirming your appointment is not cancelling it!!** Please message me and let me know in advance. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in a $25 late charge OR your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged a $20 rescheduling fee Clients must have 40% of their lashes after over growth removal to be considered a fill, anything less than that will be full set price. Before booking a foreign fill, it MUST be discussed with me first! - I might not be able to work over the other artists work. *No extra guests allowed* To guarantee good retention, please try to come in with clean lashes
